All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified in the product description. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If necessary, you may file a claim with the carrier.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
