Styles 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16 - Use a router bit with a 3/8" (9.53mm) bearing or smaller.
Styles 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 14, 15 - Use a router bit with a 1/4" (6.35mm) bearing or smaller.
Quick and easy to use:
- We recommend cutting a 4"x4" hole in a board to make clamping easier. .5" or 12mm plywood fits best.
- Drop in the InlayMate, clamp it down, and you’re ready to route a clean, precise recess.
- For the matching inlay, stick some double-sided tape on the inlay template, press it onto a scrap piece, and route your perfectly fitting inlay with no guesswork and no gaps.
- Glue and press the inlay into place.
- Flush it up and you're finished.
